About Us

"SAKVINYA INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION", (SIHE) is limited liability Company incorporated under the companies Act No. 07 of 2007 in Sri Lanka, based in Colombo. We have been operating for just under two years facilitating students who are interested in obtaining their diploma, undergraduate and graduate education in the USA and Singapore.

We provide our service for the prospective students in two ways.

  1. Locally
    We conduct “CERTIFICATE”, “DIPLOMA”, & “HIGHER DIPLOMA” in Early Childhood education, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) and English Language enabling students to develop the requisite skills that the global employers demand as well as to realize their aspirations.
  2. Internationally
    We provide comprehensive career guidance service for prospective students who are interested in studying at internationally recognized education institutions and assist them in selecting the programs and institutions and in enrolment based on their education qualifications and resources.

We maintain the higher quality of standards both in local and international servicers and offer Sri Lankan students the chance to gain an affordable quality education and the opportunity to experience the World.

MODE OF OPERATION

  1. We accept the admission from the prospective students those who are interested in Programs locally conducted by our institution.
  2. We provide and advise prospective international students about the institutions that are recognized and affordable with the resources available to individual student and assist in enrolment to obtain their undergraduate and graduate education.
  3. We handle all aspects of recruiting, preparing and transporting students to your institution. We secure all documents, application forms and fees, transcripts and diplomas as well as exam results and package and forward them along with financial statements to the relevant institution. In effect, the labor, uncertainty and cost of recruiting and processing a student are removed from the equation of the particular institutions.

We have achieved significant success placing the first forty or so students in three semesters and have since acquired the necessary access and contacts with various secondary and tertiary institutions in Sri Lanka that will result in significantly larger numbers of students going to the USA and also interested in other destinations such as UK, Australia, India and Singapore.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  1. To develop and conduct skills upgrading programs.
  2. To provide comprehensive career guidance service for prospective students who are interested in studying at internationally recognized education institutions.
  3. To assist the prospective students in selecting the programs and institutions on their education qualifications and resources.
  4. To offer a chance to Sri Lankan students to gain an affordable quality education and to have the opportunity to experience the World.
  5. To pass the benefits to the prospective students by providing the relevant information in selecting the suitable course of study and education institution.

STRENGTH OF SIHE

SIHE carefully select the lectures and academic staff with their experience to ensure that the finest quality of education, knowledge and information are imparted to our students. Fully Air-Conditioned & equipped classrooms are available for the students. We have achieved significant success placing the students in international institutions in the previous year and have since acquired the necessary access and contacts with various secondary and tertiary institutions in Sri Lanka that will result in significantly larger number of students going to the USA through SIHE.

EXPANSION

Since, there are prospective students and their parents are interested to send their children to Australian Universities, we are reaching out to select group of four or five AUSTRALIAN universities with interest in Sri Lanka whose size, cost and location would be a good fit for students from our country. We believe that our institute will be able to stat sending students to Australian institutions since we are in the negotiation of certain recognized and reputed institution in Australia.
